How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1 business day from our U.S. fulfillment center. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S., and shipping is free. You'll get an email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse. We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Contact us at Support@MyTruvoraLife.com or 1-844-929-3911 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET). We'll resend your tracking, and if the package was lost in transit we'll reship it at no cost.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, opened or unopened, with no questions asked. You don't need to send the product back. Email Support@MyTruvoraLife.com or call 1-844-929-3911, and we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. Charges already made can be refunded under this same 30-day policy.

If you choose Subscribe, you're charged today and then every 30 days at the same price shown on the product page until you cancel. You'll get a reminder email 3–7 days before each renewal. Cancel anytime, with no fee, on our cancel page, by email or by phone.
