Prices and payment terms

(a) Prices are shown on each product page before checkout. Prices may change, but the price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, and it will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases apply only to orders placed after the change. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Any applicable taxes will be shown before you complete your order. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors, with a full refund.

(b) Payment must be received before we accept an order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. By submitting your card information, you authorize us to share it with our payment processors for the purpose of completing your purchase. You represent that the card information you supply is true, correct and complete, that you are authorized to use the card, and that you will pay charges incurred at the posted prices, including applicable taxes.

One-time purchases

If you choose "One-time purchase", you are charged once for the order shown at checkout. There are no additional charges after this transaction.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you choose "Subscribe" and check the consent box, you authorize us to charge your card today and every 30 days after that, at the same price shown at checkout, with a new supply shipped each time, until you cancel. This applies to multi-bottle subscriptions too: the full multi-bottle order ships and is charged again every 30 days. We email a reminder 3–7 days before each renewal. You can cancel anytime, with no fee and no return required, by calling 1-844-929-3911 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET) or emailing Support@MyTruvoraLife.com. See Cancel Your Subscription.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, opened or unopened, no return required. See our Refund & Return Policy.
